Group & Private Classes

A meeting place for kindred souls

I offer a diverse range of Yoga styles—including Vinyasa, Power, Restorative, Yin, Chair, and Foundational Yoga—all taught with a strong focus on trauma-sensitivity and accessibility for every person, regardless of physical ability or experience level.

I am also trained in iRest® Yoga Nidra Meditation, an effective, evidence-based practice proven to decrease stress, anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain, and post-traumatic stress, promoting deep relaxation and increased resiliency.

My approach is accessible, realistic, and deeply nurturing. I dedicate myself to serving and supporting our community by tailoring trauma-informed Yoga and Meditation practices to each individual's unique journey toward health and well-being.

You can join me for group classes or book private one-on-one sessions for Trauma-informed Yoga, Meditation, or targeted Yoga Therapy.

 

 

Why Private Sessions?

 

 

Private one-on-one sessions allow us to focus specifically on your personal goals and needs, helping you develop and thrive in your practice in ways a group class cannot.

  • For Beginners: If you're new to Yoga or Meditation, I highly recommend a few private sessions first. This ensures you start with a strong, safe foundation rather than building habits that may be hard to correct later.

​

  • For Healing: If you have a specific health concern, our Yoga Therapy sessions will allow us to build a personalized program to actively support your healing and recovery.
